If you do not like our products or if there is even a reason for complaint, we offer an uncomplicated return option. In principle, unused and original products can be returned within 30 days of the invoice date.

The shipping costs are to be borne by the customer. The return can be sent back by post.

Please understand that we cannot accept responsibility for lost or delayed returns. We therefore recommend tracking the package with the package tracker.

Responsibility passes to us once the return has reached our warehouse. We will send the customer an email to confirm receipt of the return.

Guarantee and Returns

Our ultimate goal is the satisfaction of our customers. That is why we only carry products that meet our high quality standards and of which we are convinced. Nevertheless, it can happen that a product does not fit or you do not like it or has a defect. In these cases, the following regulations on return and warranty apply.


The exchange and return of disposable products is generally not possible. Only in exceptional cases and after prior agreement can an exchange or return be made. The price basis for all returns and exchanges is always the current price that is valid on the day of the return or exchange. Products specially ordered for the customer and individually configured products cannot be returned or exchanged.


Guarantee / Warranty

The guaranteed conditions and duration of the manufacturer or Swiss law, which provides a guarantee period of 2 years, always apply.


In the case of a guarantee, the manufacturers provide for a repair, an exchange with an equivalent product or compensation in the amount of the current value, but no more than the purchase price of the goods. In any case, the decision lies with the manufacturer.


A guarantee can only be accepted if there are no grounds for exclusion such as damage caused by improper handling or mechanical damage. This includes, for example, elemental damage, moisture damage, fall and impact damage, excessive wear and tear and defects caused by interventions or changes. Excluded from the guarantee or with a shortened guarantee period are wearing parts, batteries, rechargeable batteries, lamps, etc.


If the manufacturer or service partner charges for repairs that are not covered by the warranty, these will be charged to the customer. In the case of products that have no visible defects or the defect is not covered by the manufacturer's guarantee, PET & Co. or the manufacturer can pass on the costs for the inspection and shipping to the customer.


Warranty replacement or warranty repair does not extend the original warranty period.
