Where can I buy PET & Co.

Our PET & Co. product range is sold exclusively through our premium retail partners (see dealer search or our webshop).
How do I find the right size for my four-legged friend?

For this purpose, we have created an overview as a guide, assigning common dog breeds to the respective sizes of our different products.
How are PET & Co. products cared for?

Is delivery free?

Yes, we deliver the goods free of charge.
How can I pay for my order?

You have several payment options available.
Payment by invoice, free of charge
For the payment method "invoice," we conduct an external credit check. If the result is positive, you will be able to pay by invoice. The payment term is 20 days. We kindly ask you to adhere to this payment term to avoid unnecessary late payment fees.
Credit card, no fees
We accept MasterCard and VISA cards as payment methods.
PostFinance, free of charge
Payment for the order is possible via PostFinance E-Finance and Postcard. This payment method is also free of charge.
TWINT
The order is paid for directly via the mobile app using the TWINT account.
Where can I file a complaint?

Please send an email to the service team at info@petandco.ch, including your order or invoice number, a description of the complaint, and the product's item number. We will then contact you immediately.
How can I return my product?

Should you not be satisfied with our products or have a reason to complain, we offer a straightforward return option via our returns portal. Please contact the PET & Co. service team at salesteam@petandco.ch. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
